Pack Attack is the twenty-fourth level in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. The level is located in Warp Room 5.
Overview[]
Pack Attack is a level a level where the player uses a jet pack. The aim is to get to the end of the stage, avoiding hazards such as hot pipes, loose wires, lasers, wumpa fruit-like bombs and Nitro Crates in Crash's way. The level is located in Cortex's space station, which quickly enters a state of zero gravity. The Electro-charged Lab Assistants also return from the original game, but this time, they have jetpacks. This level is considered more challenging than Rock It due to having a somewhat higher density of hazards and a couple slightly hidden crates. Pack Attack has no Bonus Round, because the player is flying a jet pack for almost the whole level. Rock It contains the following enemies that a player will face:

Like in every level, the regular Clear Gem is present. To obtain this gem, a player must collect every box in the level. In the level, the controls are awkward making it difficult to break some of the boxes. There is no particular strategy. There are no other gems to obtain in Pack Attack.
