Hangin' Out is the sixteenth level in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back. The level is located in Warp Room 4.

OverviewEdit

Hangin' Out is a level located in the sewers, in some unknown area. Crash has to navigate the sewers, avoiding enemies, lava and other chasms. For some of the level, the player is in a large pipe; later on the player will be in open space. in other times, Crash has to hang from meshes to get to the designated area. In addition, when the player travels through water, every few seconds the water will become electric, stepping in it will hurt Crash. Hangin' Out also contains a hidden portal to the Sixth Warp Room, where the portal for the secret level, Totally Fly will be unlocked. The level is considered much more challenging than all other sewer levels. There is a Bonus Round in the level. Hangin' Out contains the following enemies that a player will face:

Like in every level, the regular Clear Gem is present. To obtain this gem, a player must collect every box in the level. There are no other gems to obtain in Hangin' Out.
